REFUND POLICY

At Aisle12pulls, all sales are final.
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, sealed products, mystery products, and other collectible items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
• Trading cards
• Sealed packs, boxes, and cases
• Mystery packs or mystery products
• Limited edition collectibles
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
NO REFUNDS FOR PULL RESULTS
Trading card products contain random contents. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be granted based on card rarity, card value, duplicate cards received, or dissatisfaction with pull results.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jacobrleister@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item received
• Photos of the shipping package
We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Aisle12pulls is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
